WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal on our website. However, you may also send Checks, and Money Orders by certified mail for telephone orders.*Please be sure to contact us to confirm your order prior to mailing any payments.

HOW WILL MY GOODS BE SENT TO ME?
Standard orders will be sent via UPS Ground, without signature required, with track and trace. This ensures your goods are sent to you with safety and reliably. UPS 3 Day Select without signature required, with track and trace is also available. International orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. 

WHAT COUNTRIES IS SHIPPING UNAVAILABLE?
Shipping is unavailable to Mexico, South America and Africa. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your location please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to verify if shipping is available to your area. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO SHIP?
Standard orders will be processed, manufactured and shipped within 7 business days from the the date the order is placed.  

MY ORDER IS ON BACK ORDER, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
A back order item means that it is not available (for various reasons.) When an item is on back order, we will advise you when the item may become available again. At that point, you will have the option to wait for the item, change your order options to what is available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND HOW?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours after the order has been placed and paid. After 48 hours, a standard 15% re-stocking fee for the original order will be applied.
